SENATE BILL NO. 113 "An Act relating to entry into and                                              
management of Gulf of Alaska groundfish fisheries" was read the                                     
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Wagoner, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 1142.                                
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 113(RES) was                                              
adopted.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 113(RES) will                                       
be on the May 2 calendar.
